★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very pleasant experience with Olivia! It's been 6 years since I last dyed my hair and Olivia is really nice and knowledgeable on which colour suits me! She takes pride in her work and is really professional.
She also taught me how to apply hair oil and blow dry my hair which is really useful because previously I don't know how to tame my mane!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit to this hair studio, service by Eric. He is very detail and patient in answering our queries. He will also advice us whether the hair cut that we want is suitable to us or not and what is the impact to our look with the hair style instead of just based on your request to work on. The best thing is he did not hard sell their products like other salon that I went before. I would definitely recommend to pay a visit to this hair studio with his service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a hair scalp treatment and perm my hair here last week. It is my first try with Kerluxe. My hair scalp feels better and less oily now. The perm is also very nice and it doesnt make my hair very dry. Olivia is very friendly and she gives very good advice. Will return again for hair dye and maintenance.

She takes pride in her work and ensures that all her customers leave the saloon with the nicest haircut and as a happy customer.
Olivia also has a good memory remembering all her customers, even to the minor details of the last haircut and the topics we spoke about.
By far my most pleasant experience, after visiting many other hair saloons for the past years.
Highly recommended!
Be sure to try out the scalp treatment too! Superb!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit with Olivia attending to my haircut and colouring/ highlights. She was very detailed and patient in explaining what was most suitable for my hair. I was only looking at colouring to cover my grey hair but she noticed that I had used my own hair dyes before so colouring would not stand out and would appear patchy. She suggested highlighting which would still cover my grey hair. Turned out result was fantastic, I am pleasantly surprised with the bleach effect but yet not too dry. The hair cut was neat too. The pricing was transparent ( her explanation was detailed) and Olivia was really good with colours. She was not pushy and had delivered good service. I would definitely return!

She also willingly shared tips on how to care for our hair at home which is very useful. The place is clean and professionally set up. The good part is she do not hard sell the products or services to her customers which is definitely a plus point. Although it’s a neighbourhood salon , it far exceeds the expectations in terms of customer service. Will definitely recommend this salon for a visit
