β β β β β The doctor is friendly and nice but the staff nurse's attitude is bad and rude. I didn't complain or say anything about the wrong test they did but the staff nurse ended up scolding me saying I didn't inform them but I did inform the doctor of the test I needed. There seems to be communication break down between them and no one explained to me anything on the test result. When I keep asking about the correct test I needed to take she asked me to go see the doctor again but say that next time if want do test need to inform the counter staff which is so confusing. Will not go there again. Worst clinic experience I ever had.

β β β β β Called up on Friday saying Monday I need to go down to TTSH for caregiver training. Thus I need the PCR results, was advised by TTSH results is only valid for 24 hours so need to do on Sunday. However, the lady at One Care Clinic told me results is valid for 3 days so can do on Saturday. Went down to do on Saturday, only to find out results is valid for only 24 hours. Results disappeared from my SingPass app. Went down to the clinic again today to ask and the lady told me βSo what do you want us to do, itβs the patientβs responsibility to check.β What more can I say? Should have trusted TTSH and do some reading up on my own. Clinic staff donβt seem to be knowledgeable about this kind of information.

β β β β β I had a itchiness in the throat the night before. So I went to see the doctor the next day.
The doctor and all the staffs there do not understand the privacy and do not try to protect the privacy of the patient. The consultation was done with the door opened and very detailed and personal questions were asked, which those ppl from outside can hear clearly. My privacy were violated.
The female doctor is rude and doesn't care for the patient. This is pandemic. She doesn't have an ounce of compassion toward patient like a professional doctor should have. The flu, sore throat, fever and the rest of for symptoms doesn't equivalent to having covid. If you have those symptoms be prepared to be treated as criminal by the doctor. May be the clinic should renamed from onecare to nocare.
If you want to be treated with no care and no privacy, then go here.
This will be my first and last time going here.

β β β β β My AIA app is valid in my phone app. They check in their system and say im not eligible because they cannot find my name in their system. I clearly show them step by step of me opening the app and the policy E card. Still say I not eligible. Went to the other clinic next door (Frontier Medical Associates), they have no issue accepting. OneCare clinic front desk are inexperienced.

β β β β β I'm deeply saddened to say that the 'OneCare Clinic Bukit Batok West' is substandard. If I were evil, I'd say that it is the worst clinic ever. The receptionists do not have the 3 Ps - Professionalism, Patience and a "People-first" attitude. I have tested positive for Covid-19. I came and provided my NRIC to one of the staff for registration. The AXA app was having an issue, as a result, I could not show my correct e-Medical Card to her. I said to her that this is not my first time visiting the clinic. She insisted and said she couldn't find my name in the system. As a Computer Engineer, how is it possible that my NRIC number is not in their database since this is not my first time visiting the clinic? This is something the clinic needs to work on. I decided not to proceed with "self-pay" as I'm pretty sure she could find my NRIC number in the system.
*To the lady, if you are reading this, you might need to change your career because being a Customer Service is not your thing. Now, I have to postpone my clinic consultation and have to live with the Covid-19 symptoms until tomorrow. Please have some compassion by allowing people with Covid-19 symptoms in the future to proceed with the registration and not force them to "self-pay" just because you couldn't find the NRIC number in the system. Thank you.

β β β β β Last evening, 14/7/22, I accompanied my wife to OneCare Bukit Batok West to consult the doctor as she was tested positive for Covid-19 at home using self-test ART kit.
As usual she will be required to take the test again at the clinic. When it was her turn to do the Covid-19 test, I saw the staff handling the test samples from previous patients and, without sanitation, preparing the ART test kit for my wife. I asked her why didn't she sanitize herself first with the sanitizer, which was just right in front of her, before handling the kits for the next patient. She replied: "I am wearing gloves what".
I was appalled by the reply, literally! The reason she is being in Personal Protection Equipment is to protect herself from being contaminated by the virus but she still has the obligation to protect others as well by sanitizing herself before attending to other patients lest she passes the virus to them through cross-contamination, but she didn't!
To be honest, I am not surprised that such practice contributed to the surge in covid cases to a certain extent recently at the clinics due to the lapse of Infection Prevent Control.
Before they attend to you, should you be required to visit the clinic due to having covid symptoms, be careful and mindful to make sure that the staff do a proper sanitation as simple as performing a handrub using the sanitizer before attending to you lest they pass the virus to you when you are actually well.

β β β β β The counter staff was polite and nice . But the locum Doctor which I have seen was unprofessional . I was quite upset that as a doctor which I'm doubting myself after seeing him. He was unaware i was pregnant and pressing my tummy like nobody's business. After which when I informed him , he stopped in shocked and asked questions relating to my pregnancy. When the start i stepped in his face wasn't a pleasant one too . Overall as a patient I find that i would not want to visit a clinic especially in times of needed and to see such Doctor again . ?????????
