You are lucky if you read my review before visiting this dental. I was served by a female Dentist (don’t wanna disclose names because this is not a good review). you can visit, just choose your Dentist wisely. 1) initially she was gentle, friendly. Ok fine. Clinic was new with all the new equipments. 2) started to check thru and found 3 molar teeth decay and need filling. Fine. 3) charge me $70 for every filling (2 were minor ones) - said it was the cheapest already. Fine 4) started the work and while doing the fillers, one of it hardened! Told her staff: some of the goods actually have defects! Wah, Okayyy??? 5) started to panic more when she look at the clock 6.30pm (next patient appt) 6) last tooth filling! I opened my mouth - without knowing it’s too big. She said with an impatient tone: “你的嘴巴不要开那么大。补得美不美不是我决定的，是病人决定的”. (Translate: mouth don’t open too big! Whether the fillers are nicely done is not based on me (herself), it’s decided by the patient!) 7) in between each molar filling, her tools were knocking over my gum and teeth. Not gentle. No sorrys at all. 8) she wanted to end my session fast! Didn’t even check that she left abit of filler material at my inner gum. When I asked, she said it couldn’t be my teeth (huh u mean I lived with the teeth for 30 yrs I cannot identify it???) 9) went to make payment... saw the pricelist for “coloured fillers” was actually $60 not $70. Told the recept but she say: doc say $70. Ok lor. LL and pay. 10) recept asked to book for next appt - no thank you. Never will I visit this dentist anymore. my worst dental experience in my entire life. ?????? Ok I admit I was 7 mins late for my appt + 3 mins registration? But don’t need to condemn your patient like this? I’m going back to my original Dentist ( further away ). Oh, if u are reading this: 做人不要做的那么拽，生意好不好不是病人决定的，是你决定的！ Update: there was a reply on Google map “From the owner” on 14 Dec 19. Dr Zoe Tan is the best dentist I have ever seen in 12 years. She is the least judgmental dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and was very understanding and compassionate. Any information about my teeth was delivered factually and without any bias. If you need a dentist who's not only good at her job but also not about to deliver condescending remarks about your teeth, she's the one!

I was there on 29 Dec 2021 for scaling & polishing. My first visit to this clinic. Thankful to get a last minute slot. Overall the interaction with staff & Dr Toh was pleasant. Dr Toh was also caring to share more seeing I have a fixed retainer. I waited for around 10 mins before I was attended to by Dr Toh. What I wasn’t comfortable was the way they handled customer’s info. There was a screen infront of me while I watched her typed the previous customer’s receipt details on the complaint’s column in the system. Then I saw a list of the customers they attended to in the last few hours, personal data such as full name, nric, age, chas/insurance/private customer, bill amount etc. This was the first time I saw a clinic handled customer data so loosely! There was no clear instruction to ask me if I would want to have fluoride applied on me as there would be a charge of $30. It was automatically applied on me and added to my bill. When I raised my concern, they told me they would give me 10% for the service. When I insisted I did not ask for the fluoride, Dr Toh replied ‘if don’t want to pay, then don’t pay’. It was waived off the bill but the way it was done was not professional. There was also $10 charged for infection control which I found it ridiculous. Whether covid or not, cleaning is part every dental service. It should not be charged to customer in such a manner. I did notice there was some yellow stains on the eyewear I was asked to put on and the assistant quickly cleaned with a wet wipe when I told her. Infection control? Really? While I did not pursue, the overall experience was not great.

Had an appointment with Dr Tan today. She is very professional and friendly. Also demonstrate how to take good care of the teeth in our daily brushing. Thank you ??

Very patient dentist and counter staff. Showed me how to brush my teeth carefully. Appreciate their services.

Went to the clinic today for my toothache .. doctor n the staff was very friendly , service was tip top , care n advise me the dos n donts about the consequences if i were to extract the tooth out .. although i cant extract my tooth out due to some reason but the staff went to the extra mile to reply my watsapp when im home n advise me on my concerns n pain that im having n offered me to come back the very next day .. this show that they r concern about my issues .. i would recommend for those whom is having the same problems as me or other problems to visit them .. great job guys !! Keep it up the good work n the service u have ..

did some teeth contouring with Dr Toh and really happy with the results. both doctor and assistant were great, fast & professional. will definitely recommend. ????

Never came across such an unprofessional dentist. Nv provide eye shade to the patient when shining the light on the patient. Patient has to ask for it. Having conversations on work and non work related conversation with nurse when patient is in the treatment room. Not focus on treatment on patient. Non specific and general advice given. Not much explanation. Have to ask and ask to know more. Very unpleasant experience.
