β β β β β This could be the worst kfc outlet I've been to. Ordered a BBQ Pocket meal at 1230pm and there were 3 other customers waiting for their orders. All 3 of the customers had wrong/missing items in their orders.
I then had to wait for like 30 minutes just for a BBQ pocket meal.
Hope the management in this outlet can do something about it

β β β β β Service used to be okay (not bad) a few years back. Now itβs really bad, it takes like 5-10mins for the queue to even move. Think the staff are not organised in terms of their respective roles, hence the slow service. Really needs improvement

β β β β β Ordered delivery service through the website from this outlet. Amazingly, the order arrived really quick upon ordering around 9pm. Food arrived still hot & crispy. Which is very impressive. Delivery service is really on point! Food quality for KFC has gotten noticeably better as well. Just very impressed! Keep it up :)

β β β β β Ordered via the app for dine-in. Arrived there to realise that they no longer allow dine-in as they have barricaded the seats. My order didnβt take too long but I was disappointed that they did not inform people before-hand about not being able to dine-in. End up I had to Dapao and bring back home to eat it cold.
