★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Staff will ignore you at the counter even there's no one in the line. They are not paying any attention to you when you order and start messing it up during packing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought that I could skip the queue by ordering online via the QR code. But customers who ordered later via the counter received their food first. Outlet is understaffed. The sink is very dirty and looks like it hasn't been washed for weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at 9:20pm for some burgers and have been told that they did not have any burgers to serve but only chicken wings. That would be 40 minutes till close and they had already packed up the chairs and were closing. Very poor customer service and the gentleman was very rude. Would never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for a popcorn chicken meal, but got less then 7 pieces? It doesn’t even fill up half the box. What is KFC doing? Sad outlet that I will no longer support. Keep this up and you will lose all your customers. Disappointing! Close down better.

I was picking up my orders, upon requested for extra Chili sauce politely, one of your staff name daryl at this branch were dissatisfied with my request. The staff threw the extra chill sauce with attitude and I was shocked by his rude actions. It spoilt my entire day.
I do believed that all the staff at KFC were well trained and I’ve nv encountered such incident. Hence, I hope to seek your assistance in the matter to future investigate the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very long wait time, so much so that I consider the fast food label false advertising. The staff are clearly trying, so no fault of theirs, but the place just lacks the manpower. There was a single person manning the register and assembling the meals. This clearly does not cut it for the traffic here.
