โ โ โ โ โ Regular to this branch, even though stayed west side. The manager and service staff are friendly and proactive. And most importantly is the taste of the chicken. Its different from rest of other outlets. Tried different outlets, but the taste here is way different. You should try it...

โ โ โ โ โ The Siglap outlet is super understaffed. Went down to takeaway a few times and there is only one poor lady tending the cashier and packing orders. Also ordered online delivery and called their designated hotline to amend my order but after 10 over miss calls, still no pickup. Horrible! Can the manager pls do something about this?

Ordered take and it was above average; 7/10 rating.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice cosy little kfc in the midst of Siglap. Tried the special salted egg chicken which was a massive disappointment.
Parking here is not free, itโs better to park at nearby road and walk there.
The Mala fried chicken is very jelat! Itโs too salty and the taste is really too strong. Donโt recommend this

โ โ โ โ โ Nostalgic place. This outlet is more than 20 years old. Its a pity its been reduced to only 6 seating tables. This is also one of the few KFC outlet with built-in washroom.
Food in all fast food restaurants may have little differences in quality as such service quaility really counts. Service is above average.

โ โ โ โ โ Took away 5 pcs chicken but 3 of them were bad. 1 of it was double fried till the skin was dark and dry in the inside. Another 2 of it was still a bit raw inside. I hope this doesnt happen to another person. Thank you very much.

โ โ โ โ โ Food is as expected. Service is decent. However, maintenance is way way due for this outlet. Walkway to the restrooms is so mouldy, such a turnoff, like a scene out from a scary movie.
Do something about it, KFC Siglap.
