Customer service need to be improve. Hope the staff treat customer like they want to be treated. Food is good if you order at certain hours. Full serving of ice cream in the pic, is it worth it ?

tried their new item on the menu! ordered via grab and came fast. Honestly taste was not bad at all. Can feel the numbness of the mala taste after finishing the chicken, the bbq one taste pretty standard. Wish it was hot, more shiok!

Messy flow of operation. There were no line of queue, so we went in, out of nowhere a stranger said that she was waiting for her turn to order?? We saw that everyone were standing all over the place with clinging to their phone. Extremely unmanaged outlet, from before covid period till now. No crowd management at all.

This KFC outlet has a lot of seats and its kitchen is comparatively big as well. It serves customers mostly from the Yew Tee district. It offers both a breakfast and a lunch menu. The breakfast hours is from 7am to 11am. The people behind the counter is really nice and the speed of service is fast as well. (Unless during lunch or dinner hours, the service is quite slow during lunch and dinner time. ) It has two kiosk machines and one cashier counter. The beverage is self serve. They will hand you a cup and you can fill whatever drink and ice you want by a machine, however, you can only fill it once. There is a crew member stationed near the drink machine so you are not likely to get a refill. Note:This crew member is also the cleaner so try to get a refill when she is busy. The best period to visit is about 2-5pm, that way you can get your food fast and it is still hot. Overall, this outlet is pretty neat and have very good people working behind the counter so I will visit it when I have the time.

Self-ordering kiosk is bad. KFC needs to emulate McD. McD order is customizable, e.g. no ice for drinks, no tar tar for burger, etc. KFC one was rigid. The counter was not fantastic too, the person tending to us was rigid and unmotivated. Probably business picked up and everyone was overwhelmed. FYI KFC was hiring, manager position up to $4k. Motivated person can consider. Anyway, the experience could hv improved. Fortunately, the other staffs were very helpful. Tip, please ensure frontline is motivated to serve. She was tending to her printer papers with more attention than the customer in front of her. She just casually said, "wait hah". We waited for her to patiently stacked these papers........ bad idea

I don’t normally send bad reviews, but I can’t accept this. I ordered 2 zinger meals & 2 cheese fries through foodpanda 2 days ago. But I didn’t receive both the cheese fries, and was given 2 chicken & normal fries that I didn’t order. I’m okay with wrong orders, everyone makes mistakes. But the condition which the food came, was deplorable. The fries was hard rock solid, definitely stale, and both the zinger burgers were prepared without care. Everything was just slapped on, the chicken tasted weird, and very old. & only 2 chilli packets were given. Only 2. I mean, how is that even enough? It clearly shows disrespect by the cooks/staff that are working there. Both my wife & I lost our appetite.

I ordered at the kiosk for dine-in, waited ~20minutes. It was okay with me, but many others had to wait for 30mins or more for their order. And there was even some commotion between the delivery riders and the staffs. Objectively speaking, i do hope KFC send a higher up or so to manage this branch before its reputation worsens. One can clearly see that the staffs (including the manager if any) cannot handle the crowd, are slow at processing orders, and do not know how to prioritize orders and communicate effectively with the customers and delivery riders.
