★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Cashier on duty served with zero patience. He was a middle aged indian cashier and he asked us to eat faster to close the shop even when there was still about 50 minutes to closing time. The ppl preapring the food also seemed to heat the sandwich for too little time. The food was not even warm and made the sandwich abit unbearable to eat. A pretty bad experience overall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to grab dinner at 9:15 on 3rd Sept a Friday. Customer service was horrible even though I was the only customer there. There were 2 front service staff, a girl and a Indian man. Asked the girl how much got additional meat which then the indian man kept shouting rudely about the price. I asked for my current price for the footlong and he said 10 dollars, then I asked him how much for additional meat, he said 17 which then I proceeded to ask $7 for extra meat? He replied sarcastically saying no it's only $5.
Afterwhich I asked to replace the cup that was dirty and he said that's not dirt and refused to replace it.
The service level is so bad with just 1 customer, imagine the level when its packed.
Totally not coming back again. Buck up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was ok. Quantity of salad not as generous as others I've had. Service is also acceptable. Had to wait a long long time for grab orders to be completed before they came back to serving the long queue of waiting customers.
Cashier kept calling a young new employee "girl" and scolding her. Extremely rude. She has a name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with the indian staff, name moorthy. He was playing with the customers food and making a joke of it. Please la, if u want people to come to this franchise often, this guy got to go. So un professional and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for breakfast on 26th morning around 10.30. Aunty there served us. Me ordered 3 inch and hubby ordered 6inch bacon/egg/cheese flat bread. However, the only diff between 3 & 6inch is the SIZE OF BREAD! we had to pay extra $2plus just for size of bread??? How about bacon? Only 1 small pc. Same as 3inch. We asked her, she said pls pay extra $1.20 if want more bacon.
Is it right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually we order roasted chicken sub with Italian bread and chicken rendang sub with parmesan oregano but we got vice verse bread and not having any specific sauce or pepper and chili flakes as we requested . The food was too cold and bit smelly too eat . I also want to highlight the customer service too poor. We also felt no cheese as we ordered for Mozilla cheese . I am first such a pathetic situation in subway .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to have my lunch , order the Teriyaki chicken with all the vegetables , and add sweet onion, honey mustard and BBQ sauce, crew was busy during this time and service was quite fast
As you can see my bread was not wrap up so is quite hard for me to eat, it will be better to wrap it up so that we can hold it and eate
