Bought car at 49$ but no battery ang not working

Cheap but very poor quality soft toys ?

Best shop for kids!

I have purchased a pack of miniStar Collection underwear for my 8 yr old boy last week. Unfortunately it stared tear off and seen holes after first use.It was quiet expensive and came under Premium collection of garments. I really feel shocked with these premium so called products and the quality they provide to the customer. Another incident few months ago, about a shorts for my boy from same NEX Kiddy palace shop. After first use, it button got dropped off. Bad quality products

i am absolutely appalled with the quality of goods. I recently bought a nerf gun and it couldn't even reload. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. the cashier was very rude as when the shop was packed, I couldn't even hear what the cashier was saying so i asked her to repeat again. She was so annoyed that she say "nevermind nevermind pay by what." Also there was this staff named hui ting . when i asked for her to check if there are stocks in the back , she said ok but went into the storeroom and did not come out to answer my queries. i wasted about 20 mins there. when i went during Christmas to wrap the products. the wrapping was terrible and i was disheartened as the standard of kiddy palace has dropped significantly. i think my next purchase of toy would be at toysrus. i hope that the staff would be more friendly and not be arrogant

To start off this review of mine, as supported by the amount of stars given (1 star), writing of this review was never needed but the replies of the rude staff were very intimidating. Thus this is my honest review of your "friendly" toy departmental store. The shop's ambience was a little cringe with the yellow and blue colour-way of their staffs uniform, light blue and yellow??? A poor combination of warm and cool color making them look like a buffoon. Needless to say the staff were really buffoons and the service provided was intolerable. Selection of toys were limited and unknowing customers may fall prey to the off brand transformer toys that looks like dopplegangers of the actual hasbro products. Confusing elderies in their grandchildren's Xmas preference. Which all the time they would choose the off brands one, due to its cheap and captivating price tags. Resulting in their grand childrens disapproval and annoyance. There was a lady ( worker ) that was relatively petite in size, in charged of the baby clothes section. She was ill mannered and behaved like a barbarian when asked to speak English, she replied in her mother tongue language and didn't even bother to get her co workers to attend to me. i believe her name begin with the surname Ang. There was another staff named hui ting working in the toys department, when i requested her to attend to me due to my unfamiliarity with children toys, she just brushed me off and demanded that her co workers to attend to me. Needless to say the shopping experience was ruined by the black sheeps of the shop that plainly tarnish the reputation of the friendly children's departmental store.

Extremely rude staff especially a short lady. Several mentions have already been made about this lady in other reviews. Her name is probably Josephyne ( name starts with J as far as i recall)

Such an unfriendly staff and congested shop. Will try to avoid unless someone force me to go there. Never recommend to visit this Kiddy palace in bedok mall.
