★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its was a very good experience for our boys 1st haircut,the lady is extremely polite and a smooth talker with kids,my boy who was just 2yr old sat well throughout the session and we were surprised and much happy with the haircut as well..will visit again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother ringing or calling. Scheduling system is a mess - to make an appointment (despite the phone number and SMS service / online) - you need to be physically in store to register. Such a shame for the services that the stylists are providing.

They don't know how to cut kids hair they won't suggest what looks best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the service and patience from the hairdressers esp with difficult kids. They have lollypops and Ipads for entertainment. Haircut styles are commendable!!!!
I love the young slim girl working there. I cannot remember clearly but I think her name is Liana. She usually works the weekend. Very jovial and patient. Bonds with young kiddies very well.
Only set back is the inability to contact them probably because the owner does not allow calls to go through to the shop itself.
Calls go to message via the owner's hp and no one calls back or answers the calls. Very difficult to find out if the salon is crowded.
Also to communicate e.g. items left at shop like water bottles or masks, we customers have no choice but to visit personally. Frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ little one's first haircut . ms Linda from Parkway Parade was so patient and gentle . She didn't "force" her way through the process - which is excellent as it makes the children calm ?? There's a big ipad & they were given sweets . well done & good job ms Linda

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very terrible service. Stepped in and the lady just said 'I don't know if if later can or not. Now 47, you want you come back 1 hour later and see whether got q or not.' No sense of reflection even after I clarified what she meant. Decided to bring my daughter for her 1st haircut experience after looking at the various salons online, only to be subjected to such an unprofessional and lousy attitude from the staff!
