Very often at parkway parade outlet, the products on promotion were billed on original price. Today I was overcharged by $2.50.

Self-checkout machines have poor UI and don't work (instructions also non - existant) and the queue lines are long. We had to queue twice. There's no point in installing technology for the sake of it.

This Watson is relatively bigger than some outlets and there's many staff that you can approach to ask for help if you need to. Self check out don't allow paywave for transactions above $200 and it's a bit troublesome... Other than that, it's not a bad spot

this review is not exactly pertaining to this branch specifically, but for watsons on the whole. as a global brand, the experience is bad beyond anyone’s imagination. a click & collect service(and it’s tagged with a delivery fee when you have to spend effort and strength before you can even lay hands on your order) gets fulfilled later than a home delivery service, and the order seems to have gone into a blackhole. their promise for a 4-workday turnaround for click & collect order is also totally broken. while the govt encourages employees to work from home, watsons stretched it to the extreme end and made customer service non-existent. live agents on chat are never online, customer service lines have been terminated, emails go unanswered for days. so the moment order is submitted and payment completed, buyers are left to their own devices, there is absolutely no recourse. if watsons is not ready to roll out such a service, it would have been better off just focusing on the brick and motar model, at least bad reviews can be kept to the bare minimum, or maybe none. if there was a choice for a 0 star, this review would have been it.

Inefficient staff and lousy service. How can they only open ONE counter?? And when there's a line of customer at the check out, one of the staff ask his colleague to open the cashier. He simply ignore him? And not to mention the person at the self checkout counter. Simply tore my receipt apart.

I was totally impressed with one of the staff by the name of Jennett who really went out of her way to help me. I wanted 6 bottles of a certain skin care product but only had 3 in the branch and she called up other branches and collect them in a jiffy for me while I had my lunch. I had other issues like GST refund that she directed others to help me. Impressed with how fast she worked. She was polite and professional. Well done !
