★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the shop to make enquiry of some hardware item, but shouting by their lady boss as I was not familiar with the item of enquiry.
She shouted that I’m not supposed to call in if I’m not familiar with the item, go ahead to ask my technician (who will replace the item) to call her and check.
I have purchased several items from her shop before, the price is higher than the hardware shop nearby
Not recommended with their price and attitude, I would rather ask my technician to purchase from the shop few more blocks from her.
