β β β β β Very good quality beef and the slides are so generous. The menu prices might scare you at first but the meat sets are often 500g so that's really good for 4 pax.

β β β β β I visited this original branch after being impressed by its sister branch at 132 Telok Ayer Street.
The food is mediocre at best. I don't recall spicy pork being served so watery. The kimchi was too fermented for my liking.
Service staff prefer to stay in the kitchen, coming out only to clear the tables when the customers have left.
I won't recommend this branch of Kim's family. They charge 7% GST as well unlike its sister branch.

β β β β β It is told that Kimβs Family Korean Restaurant sells one of the best Korean BBQ beef in town. We tried the beautifully marbled beef and seafood bean paste soup ν΄λ¬Όλμ₯μ 골 and conclude that beef is a must try at Kimβs. Beef chunks were slightly chewy at the bite but soon let loose the juice inside. Would love to come back for more.

β β β β β Arrogant server. We were pushed back out of restaurant. I think they didnt work nore more hours. It was 13:00 sharp, still 1 and half hours left for closing. Even there was a table vacant, but ther servers didnt want clean it and let us get seated there. Food was good last time, but bad servers. Wont come back and wont recommend to colleagues.

β β β β β We made a reservation and glad that we did so as the place filled up very fast. The side dishes are delicious and there are 9 different plates of these dishes which can be refilled for free.
Authentic Korean taste and the prices are reasonable. Recommended!

β β β β β My favourite Korean restaurant ? the side dishes are my favourite , can keep refilling and super delicious especially the potato salad. ? the bbq really good too , the staffs will cut the meat and grill for you , really superb service ?? another must try dish is the seafood pancake , not too oily , really brings me back to korea ?
