★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t QC their helpers. Took me 3 changes to find one who understands simple English and does the job efficiently. Their so-called dedicated customer service via WhatsApp for premium customers also needs improvement. Had to chase them multiple times for further clarifications before they could resolve some issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using Helpling since 2021 and find their services to be quite good. They could quickly match a cleaner to my home cleaning needs. I was rather pleases to find my cleaner to be diligent and with good initiative. However, when my regular cleaner is not available, their replacement would often be not as good as my regular. Maybe the replacement know they are only replacement and might not put in as much effort as the regular. Nevertheless, overall still satisfied with them this far.
