★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? The same teh-si kosong gau I bought at Queenstown is S$0.90 before any discount (& no need discount) S$1.50 minus S$0.30 discount equates to S$1.20 still S$0.30 more expensive (but better than no discount, right?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My flatmates and I had been buying their iced coffee all this while. For takeaway, they used to pack the drink in plastic bag like most local food court drink stall. Last week, we went for our coffee as usual, without asking, the staff packed it in a small plastic cup and charged an extra $0.30 on the usual price. I didn't reject,
1. I didn't want to make a fuss; and
2. I can reuse it next time.
Few days later, I brought that same cup from the stall to get my coffee fix. They informed they would still charge with the increased price. They even charged the same increased price to my flatmate, who brought his own tumbler. In other words, the beverage stall has increased the price of the iced coffee (20%).
Overall, I despise them not because of the increment but for Kimly Group attitude towards customers. If the company want to increase the price, just put up a notice to inform the customer prior to the increment, no need use this kind of dirty tactic like now we are serving in a plastic cup kind of excuse. I will never buy their drinks anymore.
Ps. The funny part is they still serve the other drinks in plastic bag for take out. Just not their iced coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are quite a number of offerings in this coffeeshop: Chicken rice, carrot cake, hokkien mee, char kuay teow, Indian Muslim, Western, mee hoon Kueh, CAI fan, fish porridge, zhi char, dim sum and drinks.
Came here for dim sum which are good and affordable. I would recommend the charcoal bak Kwa Pai and chee Chong fun with prawns.
