★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. doesnt open at 1130am as stated in facebook page. lady will rudely turrn you away. lady cashier is really ruder than the average auntie hawker.
2. orders are v slow. not worth the time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waitress took a long time to take my order, and when she did she was curt, impatient and did not maintain eye contact throughout the transaction. (Isn't this just basic manners?) Later when I collected my food, she complained in Mandarin that I took too long to come (even though it was at most 30s after the buzzer rang) and that many customers these days are "all like that". Not sure why staff are in such a foul mood but this will certainly be my LAST time ordering here (food wasn't even that great).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food not that fantastic but does have a very snobbish & arrogant cashier. Experience twice, I joined the queue to order; the one behind me received his /her order first. Ok first time says need time to cook fine; 2nd time tells me different orders so they received first. Think I'm a 3 years old kid. They had just lost 2 faithful customers (my kids).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a feed back on bishan outlet char grill bar . My family have purchased chicken chop dated , 3rd August 2020 Friday night.
Upon packing back and return home..
All the 2 packet of chicken chop has no gravy.
Very surprised and disappointed ?.
I do hope the working staff on bishan outlet can check the food before packing to customers. Hope they can improve.
