★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken rice stall is very good. They always have plain white rice too if you don’t want your lunch to put you in an early grave. Always have all the other usual roast meats and ‘spare parts’ you’d expect everyday too. Char Siu is good. There’s a chicken rice stall further north near the Serangoon community sports center which is apparently famous/very popular, have tried it and it isn’t noticeably better than the chicken rice here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The local residents flocked to this little "Sze Char" for family dinner. They have steamboat, curry fish heads and what you expect of a Coffeeshop restaurant. If you are around the area and need to eat dinner, this is a cheap alternative and there is parking behind the Coffeeshop. The noodle shop and Tim Sum is open 24 hours and taxi drivers frequent the joints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That "RICE GARDEN" by Fair Price, is nothing but a ridiculous hoax, as good as daylight robbers! Poster there stated, 2 veg 1 meat w rice $3 ($2.50 for senior citizens). But guess what! I was ROBBED of $4.30 for this ridiculous plate. And the quality of food was below standard. Be warned you will be robbed here.
