The crispy chicken has a more pronounced har geong flavour probably as the chicken is first flattened out to give it more surface area and crispness. The pork chop was so so as it was more on the dry side.

There was a good amount of rice... but not that much chicken - creamy salted egg prawns were good. We got 7 prawns for a total of $23.4 - do not order Yang Zhou fried rice. It's tasteless!
