Doctor is very nice and gentle. The PCR test was fast and painless. It took only 9 hours to get my report.

Overall experience was bad, the attitude of the assistant at the counter was terrible. When I stepped in to the clinic, she didn’t even bother to look at me or ask me to sit down and wait, so I asked her and she replied with a very irritated tone. Doctor was very kind, but the assistant was just impolite. What’s worst was when she called for me to take my medicine I asked for non liquid type of medicine, she didn’t seem bothered and straight up told the doctor (with a annoyed tone and very loudly, which I thought showed no respect to me at all)through the small hole to the doctor’s room that I didn’t want liquid meds. I then asked to see what’s the name of the medicine and she held the bottle super far for me to see (which again I had to squint my eyes to see it)which made me questioned why can’t she tell me the name of it? I believe that she didn’t wait for the doctor to prescribe another medicine for me and she went ahead to ask me pay for the bills with only one medicine ( when I was suppose to receive two ) her actions towards me was just super impertinent and I just could not accept at all. At the end she gave me my medicine without a plastic bag and I thought it was the most unprofessional experience at a clinic ever. And for your information, I did not showed any disrespect at all towards my actions and the way I speak which I believe that this lady assistant needs to get her attitude fixed or get someone to educate her on how to handle her job because her actions and everything was just unprofessional which was horrendous.

Rude staff at the counter! She made me wait 30 mins after I had done my PCR test to pay after requesting her twice. Rude staff and very impolite. She couldn't even read my name in English correctly! Illiterate staff and not apologetic at all. Avoid this clinic.

I was at this clinic today to do the serology test. The staff are friendly and helpful. The doctor was patience and skillful. The doctor was able to poke the needle into my arm at one go.... few days ago, went to a clinic nearby but as the doctor was not in, the nurse tried to take the blood from my arm but was not able to poke the needle in... he tried on both arm. In the end, was told to come back later in the evening when the doctor returns, but i had a bad experience decided to try another clinic. And the price, $52 nett, is the cheapest i can find. Unlike some clinics, that still require a doctor consultation fee. Will return to take my booster shot which was told is free.

Doctor was very nice and helpful (can speak chinese as well so great for those who aren't fluent in english), but one of the chinese nurse with specs sounds super rude and talks really loud yet impolite to other patients (especially one patient who was a indian foreigner). I actually also booked an appointment online but when confronted the chinese nurse she said "got appointment no appointment also need queue" hence I really don't understand the point, hopefully can improve on this. The indian nurse on the other hand deserves praise & was very nice and patient. It would also be better to ask the patients to queue outside if there is too many people inside already.

The clinic is pretty affordable and waiting time to see doctor was reasonable, however reception staff was horrible. When I entered the clinic I stood at the counter for 5-10min and the staff was just sitting there doing their own things until I had to ask to see the doctor. Then the reception staff (black haired lady wearing spectacles) ask for my mobile number and proceeded to repeat it loudly such that anyone in the clinic can hear it. I was there because my art was positive and I had the worst cough and sore throat but had to read out my mobile number and verify details on my NRIC loudly with barely any voice - why couldn't the staff get me to write down my details? Next, the doctor was normal, however I had no idea what medicine I was going to get until I had to pay at the counter. The staff provided me the medicine and ask for payment, before even providing the ART results. When they realised, they asked me to wait for 5 more minutes. I waited for close to 20 minutes until the clinic was empty then I went to the counter to ask on the results only to find out it was already available but they had forgotten to inform me. Highly suggest the reception to be evaluated and replaced.

Doctor is very professional and friendly. He explains the causes and reasons and what to avoid for the disease. Nurses are patient and helpful. Highly recommend
