★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When discharged, we went for our first follow up for our baby girl at the clinic. She was cleared of jaundice by the doctor however the result was only kept in their internal system which we have no access to. No hard copy issued. The follow up session for jabs were done at polyclinic which they are unable to access database from this private clinic. Thereafter, when we require a memo for clearance of her jaundice, we were unable to get a copy of such memo as follow ups were not done by the clinic. Hence reduction in 2 stars. In general, the doctor is still ok and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Gong lack empathy nor manners. He also makes multiple wrong diagnosis and unnecessary referrals causing us to waste thousands of dollars for nothing. There are many other pds in gleneagles, do not visit this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only give him 2 stars now althought he deserve much more during our first year of visit. Clinic is too busy for him. That properly standard has dip and has chain in focusing maximum revenue now. We have be visiting him since 2017

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Gong was our assigned doctor during the hospital stay but we didn't feel any genuine concern for our LO's health. Only came to ask for permission to schedule a Hip X-ray which cost $$$. He is also a cautious doctor, even though my LO was growing well with yellow stools, he required frequent follow ups and even sent him for a blood test to eliminate liver issues because of the observed jaundice. Although I was willing to spend the money for the tests since it's my first kid, the doctor in general didn't do much checks and felt like just going through protocol without adjusting to my little one's needs and health.
Switched to a PD in my neighborhood, who offered much better advice and service, patiently answering my questions and giving treatment only when necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter had chronic constipation many years which sometimes the pain could be bad that she had to go to A&E. Visited many other doctors, but the issue was only temporary resolved with medications. It kept coming back right after. We were watchful on her diets and all, gave her whatever fruits and drinks they say are good for constipation but yet it never went away. Visited dr Gong, other than the medications he gave which in the end we didn’t give her much, he gave good advice on a natural way (that one specific fruit which is a bit expensive and harder to find because it must be in that specific color) to resolve this issue and it worked so well! No need to use meds and it’s been 3-4 years, the constipation had never came back since.
