Dr Daryyl Lim is absolutely recommended, and I dont say that just because we share the same name. We were referred to Dr Darryl after our baby was born and he went beyond our expectations. As first time parents, our worries were all met with guidance, assurance, and information during our consults. The good doc was very patient and provided a wealth of information for our newborn babies' jaundice. He explained the variations of jaundice, the current stage our baby is at, the potential solutions and provided multiple courses of treatment plans, while leaving the decision to us parents in a totally non pushy way. He provided information to soothe our worries and was patient and empathetic with our questions. I can't emphasize how important these qualities are especially for first time parents who are in the dark. Highly recommended.

My boy has been sick for almost a month. Fever continuously for 2 weeks, went KKH twice to seek treatment but he didn’t recover. He has been so cranky everyday and cannot sleep at night because of breathing and vomiting issue. Everyone in the family is sleep deprived because of his condition. Goggle for respiratory paediatrician and found this clinic. After reading a few reviews and decided to give Dr Terence Tan a try. Really worth the wait and money. He is a very nice, friendly, patience and experience doctor. Explain things to us in layman term for us to understand. It is really a luxury to be able to let LO to rest at home while waiting for blood test, culture and serology results and Dr Tan personally called and informed us of the findings. Just after a day of medication, I can see a big improvement to my boy’s condition. Really thumbs up to him!

Very Bad experience and overcrowded! Basically when I saw the PD in hospital, he’s very nice and gave us a card with appointment time. I even checked with him if I need to call his clinic to make appointment, he says no need. So as he is on leave, he also told me another doctor will cover him, which is fine for me. However coming appointment day, horror! 1) Came at 1:45, was told to leave and come back 2:30 which is their re-opening time, say they wanna disinfect the place (which is fine for me) 2) came back 2:30 already long queue so just gave name and waited 3) came 3:30 ask, they say the PD which is covering my PD just came back from leave, and now still catching up on morning patients (6 of them! ) 4) when asked if we can see coz ours is appointment, at first nurse says today actually no appointment, all are walk-in. Then when I showed her the Card which the doctor gave me, with clearly stated appointment time, nurse says that one not written by them. Hello, if not written by your doctor and passed to me, how will I get this card!? Likely the LAST TIME I WILL VISIT THIS PLACE

Super bad experience. Attitude staff! There are better clinic out there. Do not come here

Really awful experience and bad communication. The doctor we saw first time around here is lovely. No complaints about him. He even recommended for vaccinations etc we go to a poly clinic because its cheaper! Nice guy. But we tried to return today and the place is packed and despite 6-8 staff milling about, there's no communication. I called up today to ask if we could come in with my 1 yr old, they said "sure, just come before 11!". Great i think - must not need an appointment. Then it went downhill. I arrive at 9:30 and they say the doctor will be in at 10+... err what? they say "oh yeah, come this early is for registration". Never mind, i'm one of onl 4 families in the room, 2 doctors on duty at least no worries. More than an hour into waiting, the room is filling up and people are being let in a different side door. So i approached the counter and asked how many are ahead of us - they say 5! Because i'm a walk-in, appointments and newborns take priority, and the wait is always 2-3 hours. They never shared this info on the phone, or when i checked in... i had to ask to find out as i sit there with a little kid who is progressively getting hungrier, crankier and more tired. At the 1:45 mark there were still 2 people in front of us and I just had to leave so he could go home to eat and nap. I saw 4 other families have to go ask how long it would be. There's simply something broken with the patient management system and staff afraid to communicate with patients. When you consider its hugely expensive compared to a Polyclinic (where you get a number and the que is transparent), it is totally not worth the time or money to ever visit this place.

Was referred by gynae to see Dr Darryl Lim, he's very thorough and takes his time to explain various things that concerns baby. Definitely a doctor I would recommend. That said, the management of the clinic, in terms of registration and experience, could be better. The clinic always has a queue in the morning, very crowded with parents and kids waiting outside the corridor. Staff also didn't inform how long the wait would roughly be. There's also no place to feed baby, with only one handicap toilet outside with diaper changing station. Had to feed baby outside the clinic sitting on make shift plastic chair. Staff don't seem to bother.

Dr. Terence Tan is very meticulous and patient unlike other specialists The only downside is the clinical management and patience queue system which resulted in crazy wait time

Good PD but horrible management and ethics. Waited almost 4 hours even with an appointment and zero updated as to why there was such a long wait. No baby feeding room, handicap toilet was baby changing room and aircon was very very cold, not suitable for babies. Will not recommend to anyone. Save your time and go to another clinic
