Beautiful, kid-friendly hospital and excellent caring staff, doctors. The kids are well engaged with the facilities and playground while waiting for their consultation. Beautifully themed consultation areas. So much thought inhas gone into this building and it is well worth it. My kid forgets he is in the hospital when he is there. Grateful for the dedicated care and thoughtful construction at this place.

Very chaotic, no proper system or order. Sent us to wrong room and then after that another merry-go-round. The old children clinic in the Main Building was a lot properly managed last time.

What lousy call centres they have. Never ever get through and it always ended by itself after 2 minutes of waiting. Unable to wait, and no one picks up!

The service at the counter for payment was terrible. I was waiting for my turn for payment and my number did not show so i kept waiting and waited for approximately 40 min. Then i went up to the counter to ask if my folder was there and told them i waited for 40 mins already. The staff ask for my name and i replied and she just said with a disrespectful tone" i have called for so many times" then i told her that my number did not even show then whats the point of having a queue number and we just carried on with the payment. Not only that when a women on the wheelchair trying to ask something at the payment counter ther staff just wave her hand and telling her not to come and frowning at her To be frank it is just the paymeny counter that the service was bad. The service for other part of the hospital was good

People there are friendly! The wall decors are cute! Doctors there are friendly, got one very pretty!

Dr. Dale and nurses are five stars. The doctor and nurses are nice and friendly, would explain the diagnosis in details and go beyond their job scope.

their new location is abit of a walk along ulu walkways. Once you get there, you'll see nice friendly decor. the waiting area can be a little warm but they have fans to try to help. there are different floors and the flow of patients is pretty smooth. doctors and nurses are nice and professional

Routine follow up for my 2 boys. Like the doctor and nurse here. Very patience and professional.
