L	Liwei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by this afternoon to have brunch and was greeted and served by polite staff, which was pleasant. The staff also take effort to check in on us regularly. Cafe does have a good variety of board games which is ideal as a hangout with friends. It would have been great if the food served were better. We ordered their signature Breakfast as well as Truffled Honey Croque Madame. Unfortunately, the brioche bread was not fresh and tasted dry and stale. The satay-peanut like sauce on bacon was an odd fusion of Asian and Western which did not go well together. Would be good to change the serving plates as they were chipped around the edges. Will recommend to come for the games but probably not to dine here.

Wines and some alcohols are also good choice. I like the location where many restaurants near here and convenient from Bugis.

Food was actually not bad but too pricey. Board game + dining time must be within 4 hours. Not that many game can be played especially for new games - even with the service explaining how to play the game, it’s harder to understand each detail if you don’t know the game and just want to try out. So the $13/pax charge appears too expensive for playing games you know. Noise level was very high, and we had to leave as the next table was constantly whooping. Value price - not great for families.

Instead of finding out on our own, we were updated on any ongoing promotions and how much it would cost for us to play the board games. The menus options are an excellent value with a very pleasant dining experience. The lighting and ambience settings of the cafe made us feel comfortable and at home, especially with the exceptional service. What I would applaud them is that the staff would stand around the tables to readily guide us whenever we play the games which is such a bonus! Our waiter was awesome by promptly attending to our every needs. Absolutely such an amazing place for anyone to dine-in and de-stress from the hectic work week. Definitely recommended to come try this cafe!
