Nine by Sweet Basil is definitely one that has exceeded my expectations in various aspects. I’m particularly fond of their fringe cut (not easy to cut ideal bangs anywhere really), color and perm as well as treatments. I do sense that they really strike to provide the best services and top quality Japanese products in the market all these years. I’m impressed with their frequent updates of equipments to keep abreast of the Japan market trends and latest technology. The salon is quiet as you get your own cube with semi private space so you can enjoy your time there to relax completely. You know it’s a great salon when you always leave happy and refreshed after every visit.
