0 stars for service! I have never typed a negative review before but this has been such an awful, frustrating and time-consuming experience! Lim sold a $4,000 bed successfully to me, but afterwards, the delivery team left behind marks and dirt on my white wall and delivered a stained bed frame. I also had to pay extra $70 for them to carry up the stairs, even though he said that he was confident that they could use the lift because they have delivered to my property before. I complained and they compensated by saying they will have a new headboard to be delivered on Monday. So on Monday, I went down to my new house, waited for hours and there was no delivery! Turns out, Lim didn't confirm with customer service/logistics teams! I had to call the customer service team who didn't pick up and then his colleague Eric, because Lim was on leave. Afterwards, I asked for a redelivery on the following Monday and asked Lim for confirmation on time and date. I called him 5 times on weekdays and weekends and each time he said he will call me back which he never did. Finally, one day before the delivery, he said he cannot do anything and can't confirm if the delivery will happen on Monday as logistics team is closed on the weekends. The thing is I called him since TUESDAY! This is such terrible service. I would recommend that you consider other retailers. I know for sure that the wall is dirtied by his team because this is a completely new house and I have not stayed there.

Excellent staff at Sungei kadut warehouse sales. During covid 19 period having this sales is not easy. Special thanks to staff Ivy for her patience and help I managed to buy 15 sets of beautiful top quality full set of bed linen. Not. Forgetting the security guard help us lookout for TP as there are not many parking outside the building. Worry free shopping.

Update: Was contacted by King Koil team and was for Offered a recovery.. Purchased a queen size King koil as recommended by family and friends. What a disappointment and dissatisfaction. The mattress came in hard as rock firm level. Was written as medium firm on website. Please understand that now in this pandemic period we are not advised to visit stores. So ur online customer service need to be good. King koil website clearly stated : You have 120 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your King Koil mattress at no charge.

I bought a King Koil mattress set at a reasonable price from Nick, the sales consultant at King Koil Flagship Gallery at Sungei Kadut showroom on 26th May 2021.He provided excellent service in term of product knowledge, patience and sound advice on the product. He was about to eat his lunch at 3 pm plus but forgo to serve me and my nephew. Our apologies. I wish to commend the delivery staff who called twice to arrange for delivery and the two friendly and helpful Chinese staff who arrived earlier than the delivery time of 10 am to install the new mattress set and dismantle and dispose my old mattress set. My buying experience at King Koil Flagship Gallery At Sungei Kadut is pleasant and great.
