β β β β β not recommended if you guys are looking for a ready stock and fast delivery. was supposed to get my mattress in a week of time but after waiting for a week, they said my mattress OOS. they should have checked and informed customer earlier, not 1 day before delivery date.
secondly, poor delivery. after waiting for 2 weeks of time, the customer service called and said will deliver to me the next day in the morning, 10-1030. however, they came at 12 noon instead of morning! what a bad service experience i get from them
