The pork cutlet seems more the highlight than the rice. Do NOT use the chilli paste, kill all the taste and it's not even sambal, just the China oily chilli flakes kind, seems to be doing more disservice to their dish really. Might as well use white pepper for heat. Rice barely has other ingredients and cannot taste wok hey, did the standard drop? Wish they give some cabbage shreds or cucumber.

Another pork chop fried rice around in this area. Pork chop is good, thickness and taste are above standard but egg fried rice… there is an area for them to improve as I can tell how lazy of the chef to put whole egg in fried rice without stirring it before mixing it with rice to fry…. Nothing is good without passion

Have tried all four flavours of the fried rice here! The egg fried rice and XO paste fried rice might be bland so the tom yum or mala flavour would be good for people who prefer something flavourful. Quite crowded during dinner time.

First experience with the King of fried rice franchise. Pretty good flavor and some wok hei. Tried both Mala and XO versions. The Mala packed a bit more punch especially for customers with a preference for spicy food. The pork cutlet is of generous serving , juicy and well marinated . Only slight note was that it was a little bit too oily and the rice could be slightly too moist . More of personal preference though

Rice was a disappointment today, bland and no wok hei. Guess it's tough to maintain standards when you expand to so many outlets. Chilli also no flavour at all. Pork chop was good though, tender and tasty. The four stars is for the pork chop. Will probably go for Mala flavour the next time.

Tried the original egg fried rice and XO fried rice. Quite bland not much taste. However, the pork chop is delicious, soft and juicy. They should be called king of pork chop. :)

The fried rice was a bit bland. Not sure if they were rushing due to the dinner crowd. The pork cutlet was very flavourful though. Generous portion when it comes to the proteins. Value for money!

Bought the Plain Fried Rice with Shrimp @ $6.90. Can only say the taste and flavour was definitely as good as what it says "King of Fried Rice"! Even my son that iS so picky about food cannot resist to take the first bite for testing or tasting. Ended up, he finished half of my plate ?... And I had to order another plate to make up my lost portion. Overall, I can say it was well worth the whole investment. I know some will say it is very costly. But hey, the taste was so good that it totally outweigh the total cost. Get my best recommendations with 5 STARS ratings! Definitely is a MUST TRY.
