Ordered the egg fried rice with prawns and tobiko, as well as egg fried rice with pork cutlet. I have to say this fried rice is really good if you love your rice a bit wet and with lots of eggs. The pork cutlet was really big and that’s what keep the customers coming I think. Tobiko for $1 but I think can give it a miss as I feel it doesn’t add much flavours to the rice. Went on Friday 5pm and waited for 30mins so it’s not too bad.

Had the fried rice on a weekday lunch. We ordered the pork fried rice and shrimp XO fried rice. The queue was very long with more than 12 pax and we waited for about 25 minutes for our food. The price was affordable and the taste was similar to Hao Lai Ke, another so-called cheaper version of Din Tai Fung's fried rice in Bedok Central and just around the same neighborhood as this place is. The fried rice was average and there was a lack of egg aroma. The type of rice that they used doesn't give the fried rice the right texture. Shrimps were generous and so were the pork but we don't find the fried rice good. The XO fried rice was quite salty though. I wouldn't compare this to Din Tai Fung as they are of different league. This is however very similar to Hao Lai Ke in terms of taste and price.

Ordered pork ribs egg fried rice for $6.50 Really good value. Tastewise very similar to DinTaiFung's egg fried rice, and likewise the pork ribs, very similar marination and spicing. To make it better, the pork rib piece i got (maybe random) is bigger and thicker too.

Taste Didn't meet the expectations-simple as that. Honestly though twice the money, I would tap WokHey black pepper fried rice instead of king of fried rice. Twice I ordered from here, the rice was under cooked, it was like biting on small M&Ms, don't know if people actually like that way. Pricing was okay, Packaging was good. Staff were patient. Waiting time was 20+ minutes both the times.

Need to wait for around 30 minutes for my order. Ordered XO pork cutlet fried rice ($7.90). Rice taste good, pork cutlet is huge portion, but quite salty though. Overall nothing really much to hype about. Is it worth the wait? Not really to me.

I couldn't taste any wok hei (wok hey fried rice's wok hei is much better!). Not sure how people rate the pork cutlet and egg fried rice to be as good as DTF, it's a far cry....maybe it's just that day the quality is different. Waited 15 min at 7pm on weekday is very acceptable. I won't order from this stall again but may give other outlets a chance since ppl are raving about Golden Mile and Tampines serving better quality fried rice.

Tastes exactly like the fried rice from DTF. Portions are generous, especially for the pork chop. Highly recommend having it with the chilli and a little bit of vinegar! Only con is the waiting time - about an hour if you go before 6pm.

Go for the crab meat with tobiko + Tom yum fried rice, I like this combi better than the signature pork chop egg fried rice!
