Recently got a helper from kings manpower. An agency which is not money minded but people centric! Great service, highly recommended.

Most horrible agency I dealt with. Before confirming agent and maid all shake head say ok ok. After 2 days maid ask for transfer, agent tone change, saying when i say have to do all these things. Be careful !!! Better record conversations with them when talking.

Agency had a transfer maid available but Agent REFUSED to let us contact the ex-employer. Very insistent in not letting us have any feedback with regards to the maid from the ex-employer. Felt that it was doggy , so we did not hire from them. Thanks to MOM's pro agency n maid agenda, its up to us employers to step up with checks so that we do not hire psychos!

Horrible agency so called Ms Syarifah I dealt with. They have transfer maid. When got interviewed, maid said ok ok but agency said no. Also refuse to explain further and reluctant to talk more or explain further. Hidden agendas and not genuine

Found a helper profile through a portal and connected with them. After all the interviews and checking their performance on the MOM website, decided to pursue. When I asked to speak to previous employer as the transfer reason was a little fishy, they started giving all kind of reasons, like they didn't want me to talk to the previous employer. When they could not make me accept without talking to previous employer, after 2 days they said the helper was taken and showed me another one. Best part the profile was still shown as available on their website. It is not just them but many agencies are doing this to cover the real reason to leave employers, higher salary !! So just be aware of the excuses and make your own decisions. [Update] Take note they have changed the company name, added a global in the company name and have a new license. So old records wont be in MOM. Looks like a new company but actually same group of people. So beware everyone !!!! Same bunch of people. MOM ratings will not be applicable. !!!!

This maid agency is very rude and the behaviour toward the employer is very rude she will not help you will her own recommendation of maid to us and don't tell us the truth about The Maid history example this maid that she introduce to my auntie has change 4 employer in two years but what is the real reasons we do not know at all, she will anyhow book flight ticket to send the helper without any discussion with the employer is for convinces only. And her charges are really expensive.

Just adding on to the reviews. Agency was not honest with maids' past issues with previous employers. Agree with some other comments - very dodgy. Please check with MOM the full details of the maid even if highly recommended by agent. Don't take her word for it. Very expensive too. I was lucky that my helper from this agency turns out fine. My brother got his from the same agent after me, and it was an atrocious experience. She initially claimed there were some other maids available if my brother and SIL wanted to consider changing, but a few days later said no more maids. And recommended counselling! Not sure how she was planning to resolve hearing issues and attitude problems w 1 counselling session. Super dodgy. She even claimed that my maid, whom she recommended, was much worse than theirs. Anyway, my brother finally sent the maid back to the agency, and another agent agreed that the maid was problematic. So please do your checks properly before spending your money.
