★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this condo has chronic inconsiderate smoking residents issue in all 3 blocks. the forum often have all these complains every now and then but nothing can be done. either you close the balcony all the time or accept living with second hand smoke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is obviously good. The swimming pool is good. The gym is the size of 2 bomb shelters combined, which is quite small - so dont expect much. The morning and afternoon guards are friendly and good, very helpful too. The night shift guards onwards are rather rude and blur. They put up a non-welcoming attitude regardless if you are a resident or not. Thats all i can say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ full marks for the location - for drivers and commuters taking the downtown line to town. Also, the condo has many friendly dog owners. However, the facilities are quite disappointing - the gym is way too small and the bbq pit is similar to those you’d find at public parks (very old school). Pool has unmarked steps which can be quite dangerous for kids. The original wood flooring and skirting in the unit seems to be badly installed (turned black easily, pops, and have visible nails on the skirting which can be dangerous for children).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb location - stone's throw to Hillview MRT; tranquil and scenic for units facing the MINDEF side - million-dollars unbeatable unblocked view! Other than the small gym, the inside of the unit is spacious and there's no wasteful corners. Cant find any other 1 - 2 bedroom projects that's even close to the size of Hillview Peak; oh, and the ceiling height of 3.35m - how to beat that?! (photos taken by iphone11)
