Mosaic can be employed by HR as a tool to increase leaders' awareness of their talent leadership responsibilities. This would help in the achievement of the organisation's talent and strategic goals. One will realise managing human capital is about identifying good people and set the right prioritise. All through participating and actively playing this educational game.
