Booked team building event here. Organizers were prompt in response and were able to offer a good rate for the activity plus organise chartered bus for us! The session was fun, exciting and engaging! There was a professional emcee to conduct the session together with a chef and some regular staff. Ingredients and equipment provided were more than adequate. The facility was clean and we'll equipped. Our team is really delighted to have organised our team building event here. Excellent!

We had a wonderful time at team building yesterday. Was amazed that all the teams managed to complete a 5 course meal in 90 minutes. Credits go to Kitchen Showdown. It was very well planned and organised. My experience of coordinating with Kingling was a walk in the park. We had some challenges but with Kingling’s help, we were able to see through them together. Really very grateful for that. I would absolutely recommend Kitchen Showdown for a fun and exciting team building event. Definitely love to work with them again.

Thank you, Kitchen Showdown, for the fun and exciting cooking time for our first local teambonding session! We had a fun time co-creating the dishes for the competition. And in the process, we found hidden culinary talents amongst our team! Even till now, when we talk about the cooking session, some of our colleagues could still recall the fond memories we had that day.

It was an enjoyable and indeed a challenging experience with limited budget and time. Chef and members from Kitchen Showdown were friendly and patient with us.

My company organised a cook off at this place! Honestly wasn't sure what to expect but we were tasked to cook 3 items. 1) Spanish Paella (Chicken & Prawns) 2) Chicken Stew 3) Molten Lava Cake We followed the recipe but it seems that it is better if you actually ask the chefs (yes there were 2 walking around supervising and helping us) on any tips etc. For example the recipe put that we should cover the rice and steam it to cook the paella. Also the recipe calls for turmeric but never tells us when to put it in so I would say you will need to use some logic and ask alot of questions. Thankfully we had Jason our chef in charge who answered all our questions patiently. He taught me how to cook a proper paella. From the history and how its similar to the asian claypot rice to how to make the crisp bottom! Not gonna share it here because you should really attend a class by him and learn from his personally! ? I never thought I could cook a proper paella but with Jason's guidance I managed to! He was super patient and also answered a lot of my questions and helped me check if my rice was cooked and also his tips and hacks worked! Don't just follow the recipes ask the chefs for guidance! ? That's my tip for you! Thoroughly enjoyed myself with my colleagues! Even though we did not win we had the best Socarrat! You can see the browned crispy rice bits in one of the pics! Heavenly! Will 10/10 recommend a class here with your friends!
