β β β β β Had a team bonding event here. Chef Sam was professional, engaging and knowledgeable. As someone who rarely cooks, I was sceptical that we could finish cooking in time but was pleasantly surprised that we did with his detailed explanation and cooking steps.
Overall, I had a great time!

β β β β β Its not worth it, during cooking teachers are not even at class, they wandering off somewhere else. Beware folks, before you apply to any school, be meticulous and choose one thats really good. I learn more from youtube than this βacademyβ

Special gratitude to Chef Federico Scondo & Chef Sam Choon both instructors have shown finesse n dedication in teaching us how to deliver Italian & French booking to our families and loved ones. Thank You. This 8-half weekdays Private Chef course has me yearning for more to learnt from these master trainers. Great!
