★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is definitely not a great place for you to send your cats! Yes no doubt their prices are affordable than most cat boarding places but TRUST ME, it is totally not worth your money! My cat got sick after he came back from this boarding place despite having his anti-flea taken by them. He got really weak when he came home, no appetite and no mood to play with us. Eventually i observed him for 1-2 days before i decided to bring him to the vet as i thought he was just tired and trying to adapt at home again but that was not the reason. Never ever sending my cats here again. I don't mind paying a bit more just for my cats to be comfortable and in good hands, rather than having them back home being sick. Another turn off is that this place is hidden far away from main roads or even residential areas, such a hassle to travel to this place if you are a first timer and you want to see the condition of this place. No easy access for taxis too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First experience was great. They updated me on the conditions of my cats and send us pictures. Recently on the 14 December, i engage their service again and it was nothing but horrible! Came back with a sick cat. My cat had diarrhea and he is not feeling well ever since. Must prompt them to send us updated photos of my cats. Requested them to send my cats back in the afternoon but they send my cats early in the morning at 10 am. What kind of service and environment are you people engaging? My cat is critically ill now. Never sending my cats back there anymore.
