★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought a Petlab Chew guard spray from this Pets' station in causeway Point. I went home open it n used but when I spray once it doesn't works n the water keeps leaking out. So I decides to bring back to this shop the next day, I keep explaining to the sales person the problem n she keeps spray n spray n tell me no problem. I told her I just want 1 on 1 exchanges that's all but she keeps telling me no problem. The water keeps leaking out from the bottle n she said no!. It really makes me boiling up, I just take that bottle n walk out. I will not goes back to this shop again! She has terrible services to customer and never listen to customer problem. ??

Friendly staff, reasonable prices and a great loyalty programme.
Located in Causeway Point on the lower level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend this shop if you want parrot food, dog food cat food and more pet items for rodents and average pets. Staff are very friendly! Although i came for a bird cage, (which they dont have for sale) they kindly told us and sadly, we had to leave. ALTHOUGH I didnt get what i needed, definitely will come back for parrot food and care items when needed ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V patient and friendly msian young lady staff. Went to buy some colorful bedding for my hamsters and she gave us good advice and recommended other hamsters essentials. Also shared her own experience how she took care of her own hamster. Will be back again.

Didn’t even explain to the buyer how to take care of the rabbit like how Pet lovers do.
When I brought it home 1 weeks, the head start tilting. I clean my rabbit cage everyday. Is their genetic problems right ? Why sell a ill rabbit.
When I brought it to the vet and groomer that time, they said my rabbit is timid. ?? When I didn’t even abuse my rabbit
I will nvr ever feel like going to this shop or stepping into. Ever in my life.
