1. The staff couldn't care less and were not at all willing to help. They are also not well-versed with the knowledge of pet care.
2. Variety is highly limited and they did not even have steel combs for dogs in stock.
3. Prices were considerably higher than other pet shops (like Pet Lovers Centre).
4. Super isolated location that is probably only accessible by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, amazing selection and affordable prices! Definitely recommended for anyone that has pets! They have cats and dogs stuff, plus hamsters snacks and if I'm not wrong, birds too! :)
It's so sad their swimming pool is going to close soon. Will definitely miss bringing my doggo there for a swim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice pool for doggies at Sungei Kadut. Opens at 10.30 and closes at 6pm. Closed on Mondays and Fridays. Only 10 pax allowed in the pool area. Dogs allocated 1 hour to swim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pet store has a wide range of food brands and treat options. Annual membership fee is $38 and includes 20% off regular priced items + free entry to their swimming pool. Pools are open daily from 10:30am-6:00pm except Monday/Friday for maintenance. There are two pools and two washing stations (I think the minimum amount you need to insert is $10 so a lot of owners end up sharing the stations with one another). The pools are clean and well maintained.
Only downside is this place is pretty much in the middle of nowhere so sometimes it’s difficult getting grab/gojek. For the times we have gone, we ended up taking a cab home instead.
Note: Pools are strictly for members only. 10 pax limit with 1hr pool time due to current covid restrictions

But what irks me is the ladyboss yelling at an elderly uncle who works at the shop despite him tryin tell her there were customers in the store… and thereafter ladyboss approaching customers with as if nothing happened. Don’t own a business if you can’t treat your employees right! Will never be back here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ always come here to buy necessities for my dog. very big place that has a wide array of dog things. lady owner is very helpful and acknowledgable, gives great advice for a first time dog owner like me :) you can sign up for membership to gain access to the pool and you can get discounts too. customer service is really good. also, there are two very cute and fat pugs there ^^
