It was my first time trying to book online using the kkday app. I had problems with my promo code and when i tried to relate my problems on the online chat , i was repeatedly responded to by generic answers. I escalated the problem via email and was contacted by Isabel.
She was very patient and listened to the troubles I had while making the booking. Thank you, Isabel.

Absolutely horrible booking site, tried booking on the website for winter wonderland, but the platform didn’t allow me to book both adult and child tickets at the same time. I booked for adult first and when I tried booking for child tickets, the time slot got sold out. Site refuse to allow me to change the timing or get a refund. Horrible. I hope Gardens By the Bay does a better job of vendor evaluation in the future being a part of National Park Boards.
