β β β β β This place is becoming my go to mani pedi place. They are not crowded and decently priced despite being located close to CBD.
On most days, I don't need an appointment here so I can just stroll down here from work whenever I feel like it.

β β β β β First and foremost, I am giving one star only because it is the minimum. Otherwise I wouldn't have given any. This place is really dirty. Went there for a brazilian waxing and eventually I got all burnt with their awful wax. This hurts a lot. Also, I have been waiting 20min before having my hair removal. The lady rushed to get it done and this is why she completely burned me. And let me tell you a joke : this costed me 58 SGD. This is abusive rather than expensive ... for such a TERRIBLE service.This place is horrible, if you are reading this comment just don't go there for hair removal. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

β β β β β Been going here for 3 years now and always keep coming back. The owner does a great job with my nails and the price is pretty decent.
Just that she is closed on some Sundays so best to call ahead.

β β β β β Awful service and manicure. Even though I booked an appointment ahead of time, they had double booked and did a rushed 20min job for a 45min classic gelish manicure. Barely cut my cuticles/skin, 15 sec massage, THICK and messy application of polish. When I pointed it out to staff, she was grumpy and defensive. AVOID.

β β β β β Avoid this place at all costs!! Manicurist canβt file nails to save her life, my nails on both hands were of different lengths & some were sharper than the others. Asked her to refile some of them politely and she gave me so much attitude before half heartedly filing them (nails were still of different lengths after). Had to go back and refile my nails myself. Nails were also not painted properly, corners were done so so poorly. Donβt waste your money here, youβre better off doing them yourself at home. Would give 0 stars if I could.

β β β β β I have been going to Nail Ingenuity for over three years. The service is always amazing, the quality of the mani pedi is fantastic and it's honestly the best value for a mani pedi I have found in Singapore. Thank you Cindy for always doing such a great job and making me feel so welcome!

β β β β β Unfortunately I didnβt see much sanitary processβ at this business. The tools seemed to be re-used and the foot bowls were without liners. They did a decent job on my French pedicure. Next time Iβd probably skip this salon and try another nearby.
