We are so glad to have engaged Ryan and his team to livestream our wedding solemnisation at CHIJMES December 2020. From the initial engagements to the day of our wedding, Ryan was professional, flexible, prompt in replying, patient in addressing our concerns, and understanding what we wanted. Being a Wedding Photographer/Videographer himself, he also assured us that he would work well with our Photographer and Videographer whom we had engaged previously before the pandemic. On the wedding day itself, the entire livestream was beautifully captured with well-composed camera angles, smooth transitions and clear audio feeds for an amazing viewing experience! We received compliments from many of our local and overseas guests who joined in the celebration and enjoyed watching the ceremony virtually! I can't say enough about how much more magical Knottin’ Visuals made our wedding day. My wife and I are originally from overseas, and we knew that the majority of our family was not able to attend our wedding in-person due to COVID-19. With that in mind, a good photographer and videographer/livestreamer immediately became a must, since this was going to be the main experience of many of our loved ones. Enter Knottin’ Visuals. We were very fortunate to have Ben as our photographer and Ryan moderating our livestream. Ben was everything we could’ve asked for and more. He set to life our idea of having fun shots in casual places, while also beautifully capturing the intimate moments of the day. He also had a creative vision of the right poses and areas to take our photos (something my wife and I have no skill in whatsoever). The product were the most stunning photos of us we’ve ever seen. Best of all, working with Ben was such a joy. He was practically with us all day, which would’ve made for an awkward third wheel, yet he was anything but, and was super patient, kind, and fun to hang out with. Ryan did a fantastic job manning the video booth for us. As I mentioned, the livestream was pivotal for us to nail. We have attended wedding livestreams wherein the audio did not work or the connection was poor, so we were quite nervous for what the outcome would be. Thankfully, we had the opposite experience in our wedding. All our guests who attended the livestream told us that it was the best Zoom wedding they’ve ever attended. The audio was clear, the transitions were clean and professional, and it was the perfect complement to our wedding. Ryan is also a super cool, down-to-earth guy who was very unbelievably easy to work with. Ryan and Ben, thank you so much for providing such a gorgeous perspective to our wedding!

We engaged Ryan as our main PG for our wedding and Ben was our 2nd PG. Ryan was our main contact through out, and he has been amazing and helpful. During our ROM earlier this year, Ryan was present to help us photograph the solemnisation. We loved the way he captured the intimate moments. Ryan was also quick with delivering the photos for our ROM. For our AD, Ryan helped us brain storm on locations for bridal party photos. He even helped to recce photo spots at Park Royal Collection Marina Bay prior, knowing that we will be staying there. Ben was also with us during our AD. Both Ryan and Ben are very experienced photographers and fun to work with. We’ve received some previews photos from our AD and we already love them so much. Can’t wait to receive the remaining photos. Really highly recommend them! Thank you Ryan and Ben, for making our special day a fun filled and memorable one. Ryan had been really responsive and helpful in so many ways and have gone above and beyond to arrange things and made sure every thing ran smoothly for us. It was such a joy working with them! We engaged Ryan from Knottin' Visuals for their actual day photography services. Ryan was really chill and friendly, which made us feel at ease and comfortable throughout the whole day. We were also pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of his work as we received our photographs in less than a week. We loved how the photographs captured our precious memories! We signed up for the PWS 6h package with Ryan (and xAutelier). It's been a pleasant and positive experience from start to end. TLDR: Ryan is helpful, friendly, prompt communication, easy interaction, on-time on-point delivery of deliverables. Stress-free, worry-free, thumbs up pretty pics that gained so much compliments! I'd have signed up for AD with Ryan too if i knew of this experience and if i haven't already signed up with other company. Before we signed up, Ryan communicated patiently with us, zoom-called us, to introduce and understand our needs; pleasant and helpful, no hard selling at all. After signing up, there's been constant easy communications by text on details of package, payment, etc; had more zoom calls to discuss PWS day specifics and itinerary, understand what we want and who we are. We entrusted Ryan with his creative and artistic suggestions, including the newly available Changi Bay Point - no regrets! On the PWS day itself, (march 2022), Ryan was on time at all locations, pleasant and friendly as usual, planned our shoots and poses, kept us on track/on schedule, etc. It was a tiring day but much better than we had expected! Chatted with Ryan along the way too, friendly convos. After the shoot, Ryan gave 20 sneak peek pics a couple of days after; and the full collection of photos within a week! The photos are pretty, we took a long time to select the final ones for further edits. By the time we gave him the final selection, it was 4 weeks before AD. Ryan assured us all can be done in time - we got the final edits within 1-2 weeks, and had the beautifully-packaged box+usb+prints couriered to us quickly too. No complaints at all. The photos are beautiful - even the raw collection gathered so many compliments from friends and family. We're glad we entrusted Ryan with his creative instincts :) Moreover, the constant easy communication, and delivering everything as promised on-time on-point is so appreciated. This has been anxiety-free, worry-free. I never had to do any "chasing up" at all. Much in contrast to other PG/VG vendor we engaged. Ryan's beautiful work is also in contrast to the other vendor, whose current drafts (meant for AD use) make us cringe. Highly recommend Ryan and Knottin Visuals for any wedding PWS/AD photography!
