both doctors are very good and very professional and friendly. my wife and i always go and see them. price wise is very reasonable and cheap. highly recommended!

Dr Samuel Toh , is very friendly and experienced doctor. I highly recommend this place. He is very patience to listen our full medical history and was able to clear some doubts as well.

Love both doctors!! Finally found ourselves a resident clinic we will always turn to. Doctors are extremely patient & skillful (esp with children!), very thorough in explaining details and you never feel rushed or brushed aside as you can feel their genuine concern for their patients. Lovely experience with each visit. Highly recommended!

Noticed that my comment was removed. I wish this comment can share widely with those who wish to do pre-departure PRC test with O2 Clinic. It was written yesterday while I'm waiting to boarding. I did my PCR pre-departure test in O2 Clinic Heritage branch on 26th Nov & been told that the result will be sent to me by email & Whatsapps on 27th, everything was good except the condition of the PCR test area. The following day (27th) night, I realised that I had not received my PCR test result from the clinic and it was night at 21:30. I kept calling the branch, text etc, no reply. Accordigly to google, the business hours 08:00 - 22:00. The next day (28th) while I was on my way to the airport, was 08:00. I still non-stop call the branch & the other 2 numbers (016-...) still no one pick-up the phone. Decided to drop by the clinic as google showed it open at 08:00. Once I arrived at the branch, noticed that the clinic opened at 09:00. It was lucky that I met a staff there, she printed my result for me. Here, I would like the management to pay more attention to this matter. As you are providing the pre-departure test service, you should be responsible. What if the client misses the important flights? Moreover, the emergency contact I have (those 016 numbers, 3) please make sure one if really carries the EMERGENCY responsibility. If you happen to do your PRC pre-departure test in O2 clinic, please make sure that they send the result on the following days. Till now, 10:23, I have still not received my softcopy. As per the lady i met in the branch, she will convey my message to PCR test team. I'm wondering that how is the management handle this matter?

Doctor toh and doctor law are the best! Super nice, friendly. Treats their patients with utmost care. Highly Recommend!

It was a pleasant experience from the reception to the end. The girls around the desk are really welcoming. Specially, Dr Samuel and other doctors in this clinic are amazingly great at listening to the patients and understanding their concerns. Sometimes Doctor himself comes to the counter and advices the patients again how medicines should be taken. It is profound experience and they understand the situation of a patient very well. I used to go to this clinic even though it is not covered by my insurance because of their quality of service. Highly recommended !

I will get even sicker at this clinic. They didn't allow me to stay inside. Waiting for 2 hours outside is not a joke.

Imagine going to a doctor and waited for 2 hours for your turn because your throat is sore and painful but you did not receive the lozenges which helps to sooth pain despite requesting for more of it. The female receptionist didn’t bother to tell me that another medication that I was supposed to have was out of stock until I asked. Overall, a bad experience. Now, I’ve to make my trip there again to get the lozenges that I should’ve been given.
