Cheap hair cut but poor queue system.

Bad hair cut experience. Ruined my hair. Poor customer service, had hair all over me. Do not approach with a ten feet pole.

Remember this auntie name Cynthia, her attitude is whatsoever if she messed up your hair, you really cannot do anything but making frustrating

very good haircut, would recommend. cheaper version of kcuts but better quality

went to dye my hair there as the price was quite cheap but the lady left the dye on my hair for almost 2 hours and it was burning my scalp very badly she said that she can make my hair red without bleach despite me having a dark hair colour not only stained my ears , neck and my forehead , my scalp was very painful , this will be the first and the last time i'll dye my hair here

I went there cut for a few times it was never as bad as this time round , Service was super poor, no respect at all, super disappointed at service line totally pushing all the fault to others ignored customer right and still using words that’s personal attack!! and put words in my mouth! Just show how stubborn and funny it’s .Bad in communication especially the hairstylist totally no respect at all even if showed picture ended up the still ruined. This shop ruined my hair I have been forced to go other salon to fix my hair from K style Soft hair to under-cut …speechless .. I need at least 3 month to grow back (some more I got schooling completely no image especially people like me who has high fashion ugh) all these would be save if hairstylist can tell me that dk how to cut. This is last time I ever cut in this place!….,,, just for sake never come ughhhh Should be Grateful that I never mention name and how the cutting process were communicated , and I still being nice using “professional words”
