確かに一名、どうかなと思う態度の女性（日本人）スタッフがいる。 あと、日本語電話番号は極めてつながりずらい。 でも男性の日本人医師は極めて丁寧で 信頼できるので通っている。

受け付けの女性はぶっきらぼうですが、先生は説明も治療もとても丁寧にして下さり納得のゆく治療が出来ました。今後も家族でお世話になります。

As this is my 1st time doing a Root Canal, I was uneasy and a little worried . Besides , I just did a zirconia crown, thus I felt I was damn unlucky to have a really bad toothache a week later . I was recommended to Ko Djeng Dental by my dentist and Dr Lisa Tan attended to me . She was really knowledgeable, very friendly and patient to explain every detail to me , as it was my first time and my problem was solved at the first visit ! So I strongly recommend Dr Lisa Tan to anyone that want to have a RCT done .

Removing of stitches for my daughter's 6 teeth extractions took 3 appointments as during the first appointment was incomplete we discovered later as daughter said there is still a knot so it lead to 2nd appointment doctor remove knot said everything ok but incomplete again now the 3rd appointment on 23rd July 2021.Hopeless plus pure negligence. And every appointment is 1 week apart as doctor only comes in on Friday . First & last time..Thanks for the traumatic experience !

Needed a quick scaling and polishing and was in orchard, so came by to lucky plaza to try for an appointment, was given one within 1 hour. Prices was reasonable, and the cleaning was done quickly. will go again for scaling and polishing in the future

5 stars to Dr Ong! I was introduced here many years ago. Previously, Ive always dread going to dental appt as it was very uncomfortable and stressful. But my fren told me to trust him and give this clinic a shot. Dr Ong transformed my views towards dentist. I still rmb years ago when I did my wisdom tooth extraction, he even gave me a toy to hang on to (even thou Im a adult ?) bcos I was soo nervous. I had 3 tooth extracted and swelling was very minimal. I'm thankful for Dr Ong and his team. Good experience. If you have any fren or a child who is very afraid of dentist, do bring them here n look for Dr Ong.

Currently I feel sad that my hubby attach to a female dentist which I don’t want to be name. She was late being late without a gd reason. The appointment is 945am n we wait until 1025s. The staff said she is uncontactable will be coming in . I see this female dentist walk slowly in with high heels. I spoke with the in charge about the punctual issue . This female dentist has prone to have punctual issue which I understand from the in charge. If you are late for gd reason like having traffic jam or having patient which need more time , most patients are understanding and willing to wait . Overheard that this female dentist has some attitude problem . The staff call up 9 am that she has patient in the morning. Sadly she told the staff to let them wait . When I see the female dentist, which hell at least in her 35s not in 20s. I immediately shake head. This is not professional. Pls beware not to have this female dentist attached . Unless u are fxxking rich foreigners and best is a white skin

Have been with Dr Djeng for more than 10 years when I did my braces here. He's the best. When I did my braces, there was minimal pain and now I come back twice yearly for retainer check and scaling. He's gentle and friendly and very knowledgeable. Best orthodontist ever.
