β β β β β Please take note of clinic opening hours and call to check what time doctor will arrive.
Came at 4pm sharp was told I have to wait for the doctor to arrive at 4:45pm. No other patients was around. A note on their door wrote doctor will arrive 1/2hour after clinic opening hours to facilitate registration dispensing and admin duties of staff before consultation starts. Does it make sense to have your patients wait for 45mins when they are unwell? we can understand if there's a queue but problem is there isn't.

β β β β β Was down with very bad flu n throat infection on Sunday (11 Nov). I googled and found out Ko Family Clinic was open on Sunday morning. (The Clinic actually opens 7 days a week !!! except PH) and it is located next to Geylang West CC/Upper Boon Keng Road hawker centre.
Dr Ko listened patiently, checked all my flu symptoms and offered advice on what food to eat/avoid during medication ( He even prepared little notes for patients so we can bring it home to refer). (o^^o)
What impressed me most was Dr Ko took the trouble to reply my emails promptly during non-clinic hours to clear some doubts on my antibiotic side effect issues. With his reassurance, I was able to sleep well and managed to recover just in time for some important work commitment that followed immediately after my medical leave.
