Really arrogant and rude clinical staff. This would be the last place I go to if not for the fact that they are the only clinic near me that offers medical check up for foreigners. Utterly disappointed with the level of service. Customer service was literally non-existent. All staff were extremely rude and uncivilized. Asked them a question and got shouted at boorishly. Singapore promotes racial harmony. Or so I thought. I'm greatly disgusted by the staffs actions and choice of words. Honestly no need for sarcasm but it flowed like a river during a monsoon. This place isn't even worth my 1 star.

Was in the midst of consultation with the doctor (Dr Tan, I think) around 12.50pm and he said xray is not a must. (I injured my neck a few years back and visited this clinic too. Did an xray and was told that my neck was badly injured which required surgery, but I ended up opting for TCM treatment (which helps a lot!) But I wanted to xray to double confirm my neck is all good) But doc said it's not a must because there won't be any diff and I wanted to discuss with my family member for awhile but doc keeps stressing I have to make decision now because they are going for lunch after finishing my consultation. Like wth? Also front desk workers are super rude to China people. I'm so embarrassed as a Singaporean. China patients only asked a question and they brushed them off and asked them not to say or question too much. Wth? Not professional at all. Won't even step my foot in again. (Posting on behalf of my bf) I wish Google allows me to give 0/5 stars.

Very bad experience. Won’t to visit it Again. Hotline never have people answer. Very Rude attitude. Sounds like you beg them. And owe them money face. Very bad ? ? ?

If you wish to have pleasant, please don't make a visit ,they frontdesk staff gonna ruin your day. Especially the short hair local auntie with Blue black injury on her left eye. They treated their patient Especially foreigner that pay for medical check up worst then a dog. Don't belive me than try urself

The counter staffs are so rude and not helpful at all! Avoid this clinic unless you have an emergency or no choice left! Double standard and trying to throw temper at us just bcz we ask them few extra questions?! I can understand this pandemic time is quite challenging for healthcare workers but this is not the right way to treat your patients especially when we are paying to get your service. Clinic front desk really ruined my day! If you cannot be polite then don't work in healthcare because those who are coming over to your clinic already sick and obviously don’t have time or energy to entertain such person who can show so much attitudes! I realised there are so much comments below about the counter staffs and quite surprised why the management still haven't do anything about it! I have been to other clinics and hospitals as well but this is the first time i have experienced such unpleasant experience!

Very bad front desk attitude especially the old auntie at the counter! Not right to be treating customers this way. Like you owe them millions to be there! Disgusted by their attitude, never once a pleasant experience. Will advise my company to move elsewhere for medical services since they are not hard up for business! Bad experience totally !

Very Poor Attitudes shown by the front counter staffs. My foreign worker is sick & was at ECM to see a doctor but the counter staffs demanded $100 deposit before can register to see a doctor. This is Simply Pure Discrimination Against Foreign Workers. I ask for their staff name who spoke to my worker & myself but she refused to provide her name & also refused to let me speak to their doctor Tan.. We will file a complaint to MOM & Medical Association for their comment & action.

Honestly, their attitude is not that fantastic.. I won’t rate them any lower then 4 stars cos for the cost of 6me fdw, it’s actually cheaper than most places.. and it’s not like they are really rude, but they are just trying to get the “flow” quicker. So 6mths back, my helper seen an old male doc, she says all was ok especially now they need to examine their body but my helper was not that uncomfortable with him. He probably did a quick glance that’s all and all good
