โ โ โ โ โ The 2 ladies manning the counter at Jurong Point were not service orientated. They are rude and blunt when they serve customers especially taking bookings on the phone. I regretted signing up for a new package now. I tried to change center to IMM but found out one of the ladles works at IMM center. There was once I missed an appointment because I booked 1 week in advance and I forgot about it on that day. When I called IMM for booking she remembered I missed that day which I had forgotten and scolded me. She was blunt and rude. She was very unprofessional. Im very sad and disappointed, I have been Ko Hong customer for more than 5 years and really sad to receive this kind of service treatment. However all the massage therapists had been excellent with their massage techniques.

โ โ โ โ โ The therapists are good & kind. The receptionists are a joke for the organisation. I have been with Kohong for a decade. Packages after packages. This time - My appoiment was confirmed for Thursday @6.30pm for 2 on Wednesday. The receptionist called me back told me my appointment on Wednesday when I called in for Thursday. I told no is for Thursday. She rudely told me no I can't go for Thursday? But she gave me the appointment when called in. She hanged up on me when I asked if Thursday could I be there alitle late @6.15 , she told me no. On Thursday I was there - I was told in rude manner to sign a package of $300 - as my old package left 40m. It was a joke - they want me to sign the $300 package with rude attitude as if I owed them - they told me coz is cheaper
I could not feed back this to the management of Kohong as they do not have a management. A serious joke in the market with shameless attitude. An eye opener

โ โ โ โ โ if you are looking for legit and consistent foot massage, that have skillful reflexologists, do check them out! book in advance as they are usually packed during weekends!

โ โ โ โ โ No frills, good place get a decent to good massage place. Been visiting for a few years now on and off. Can be busy at times so book ahead of you can. Quality of massage depends on individual therapist, but generally fine from my experience (I prefer strong massage). Will recommend - just dun expect high end spa treatment, this is good old honest massage chain with mostly hardworking therapists.
I also like that they are never pushy with their packages, they just mention there are packages available no pressure to sign-up/upsell unlike other similar chains.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been to kohong for very long and the massage therapists and counter staff are very friendly. The counter staff always arrange my appointment to my convenience. The massage therapists are all very professional.

โ โ โ โ โ Been a long time customer of Kohong at JP for more than a decade. I love this place though it can be hard to get an appointment slot at times unless you book early. All the masseurs here are very skilful. I like the intense deep tissue massage as I come here for relief of sore aching muscles. Not a place for people seeking light fluffy barely there massages. The reception ladies and most of the masseurs here are very friendly and good.
Been here too many times to count over the past decade and renewed my packages many times. I can trust the skills...only met 2 who did not suit my needs but they were only at the branch for short stints and disappeared shortly after.

โ โ โ โ โ Walk in and asking the receptionist whether any slot available.But get a rude reply from this aunty.She don't have eye contact and brush us off by saying no appointment and no more already and turn away.We walk in one time before but the younger one is much better attitude.

The lady reception was friendly and approachable.
The leg massage was alright. Could sense the pressure from the masseur.
Most of the time, there wonโt be empty slot for walk-in. Best to book before come. And I was advised to wear shorts and slippers for leg massage.
