★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perpetually long queues is expected. Brash staffs and unintelligible foreign accent is a real put off. Worst of all - a not too many coins policy enforced with a snarl. Koi may be a market leader with great management, but someone should make an unobstrusive visit - and admonish erring supervisor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good, especially the taro thingy magigy pearl. just gotta say pls lower prices so that i can actually come at drink this more often. I mean it probably takes like less than a 50 cents to make, its like sugar and some powder... so please reduce prices senpai. UwU OwO

Gotta thank one of the staff, "Apple", for the amazing service. Kudos to you, gal. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drinks and staff services are alright. Traffic here is rather heavy, you usually have to wait for 10-15mins unless you’re lucky and it’s off peak then it’ll be less than 10mins.
But now they’re taking in grabfood orders at an already busy outlet so it takes longer to get your drinks.
Do note that queues are especially longer lunch and dinner times and after school hours.
