β β β β β Although there was a long queue when I went there, still manage to get my drink in 5-10mins! Drinks is nice, especially the crunchy series, staff name Tracy??? If I'm not wrong, was promptly answered my enquires and was friendly! Other staffs too, nice envrionment, will be back for more! :)

β β β β β Decent drink but staff attitude at this outlet is always poor. Saw a female staff using her handphone while taking my order and seems really uninterested. Many times we are at the counter waiting for someone to pay us some attention but it takes about 5 minutes before we get attended to.

β β β β β Kind of disappointed with the drink.
I opted for the purple rice matcha yogurt drink.
It didnβt taste that good. There was barely any sweetness. The matcha flavour was not strong and it only felt like a spoonful of yogurt was dumped into a blender and blended.
Honestly I really wonβt return here again. I am dissatisfied in their service.

β β β β β Still one of my favourite bubble tea franchise, though I only drink the cocoa brown sugar deerioca fresh milk ??
Tucked opposite the side entrance to Clementi Mall/Koi, it certainly didnβt draw a huge crowd - though thereβs a pretty good selection of bubble tea stores in the area.
Will definitely revisit in future!
Note: Brown sugar pearl tasted a little off this time around, will look to give it a second try
