★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fruit basket is full of rotten fruits. Saw some young children playing with the fruits without realising the fruits are already rotting.
I told the parent and the koi counter staff but apparently the koi staff just nodded but after 15mins nothing was done to the fruit basket. Very disappointed with the koi staff and the hygiene of this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually crowded. Queue moves quite fast. Milk tea was nice but I am not sure if I can justify the price. There is a cafe area too but it looks expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded but queue moves quite fast. Taste is as consistent as all the other outlets. The only thing is to optimise the efficiency as it can get slow at times. They could use one or two extra helping hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is THE place to go for the Hazalnut milk tea. You just have to enjoy the aroma and smooth milky taste of the drink. Best of all, 0 sugar level for the actual taste.
