h	halfeaten blog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a disappointing experience at this outlet on 25 May 2019. There were 2 female staff. One was serving a customer who wanted to buy a cake, while the other was just standing around using her phone. I stood in line for a while and then asked if she could help me, but she told me to just wait in the queue for the other lady to serve me. I don't often post negative reviews and I love their chocolate eclairs... but I won't be back if their service is like this.
Z	Zen Ho Min Wei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable place to find sweet Japanese snacks if you have a craving! Sells ice cream, cakes, mochi etc. Prices are about $1.60-$2.50 for the ice cream. Cakes are about $3.50+++ I tried the Taiyaki Ice Cream with red bean, it was quite good!

We would buy and just eat outside the free space in front of Tampines 1 mall, because the stall itself only caters take away orders. Other flavors yet to try are Sweet and Milk Chocolate, and Matcha Latte, which costs the same. All are individually packed, served chilled and should be consumed immediately. If not yet to be eaten, can keep in fridge for only 2-3 days max. Try it yourself?? Everytime that my friends and I have time to dine out together, we usually love to consume dessert after having full meals. When that happens, one of our favorite go to dessert would be Chateraise’s Double Fantasy Cream Puff

The price was friendlier than any vegan cake shop that I checked (across the island!). The size was just nice. The only thing was that it‘s frozen and you need to let it thaw and since it‘s allergen-free, you need to put the strawberries and the chocolate yourself. It seems like they have the stocks at the store and the staff wouldn’t put them for you as procedure that could cross contaminate. They also sell in slices too!

Went back the next day with my receipt to inform them. No arguments and No black faces. Replaced the missing cream puff with sincere apologies. Kudos to the staff. Thank you for trusting me.
M	Mae Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like yummy yummy cream puffs, ice cream, mochi and lovely strawberry cakes, then Japanese styled Chateraise will not disappoint! Though prices are not cheap compared to local neighborhood bakeries nearby, it’s worth it to indulge in the happiness that it brings. My favorite is green tea with red beans cake roll. Goes really well with a good cup of coffee!
