After picking up I accidentally dropped 1 out of 2 cups and when I was about to order the new one THE STAFF OFFERED ME TO MAKE ME A NEW ONE ???? much much much appreciated and even when I wanted to clean the mess I made, they said it’s ok let them do it? THANK YOU SO MUCH hehe i was so blessed ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Koi cafe was located at an obscure corner of Tampines mall. I wouldn’t have realized that it is there if not for the prominent sign displayed near the information/redemption counter at Tampines Mall.
The service was prompt and I did not have to wait long for my drinks. It was nice that there is a sitting area for customers to enjoy their drink.
Taste wise, the drink is up to the standard of usual Koi cafes.
I would recommend this Koi cafe for bubble tea lovers.
